Sorry for such long delay in updating my blog. So far this spring and summer I have been riding on average between 3 to 5 days a week. Average ride is between 10 and 20 miles, depending on time. Right now im well below 391lbs (the last time I was checked in March 2011) and feeling great.. Here are some photos from the Ride to Walden Pond.

Hey Ernest, I just found your blog. Way to go on the weight loss. I'm happy to hear that you chose to take the natural weight loss route. Sounds like you've made some awesome progress so far!
ReplyDeleteBest of luck getting out to your first race this year! I wanted to do my first duathlon this year, but my left knee had other plans. It's too late in the season to still hope to race this year, but next year it is SO on!
